Hello faithful friends of TLC,

Despite the lack of news here on the website, things have been very busy and productive for us here in the Pacific Northwest as well as in Mohale’s Hoek. We thought we’d take a minute to get you up to speed on a few recent developments…

jump rope at St Cam 2:2015First and foremost, the new St. Camillus Center for Orphaned & Vulnerable Children is complete! After many years of planning, fundraising, and budgeting, the new center was finished earlier this year with the kids moving in just in time for Christmas. Here is a shot of Sister Juliana playing jump rope outside with the kids, while more photos can be seen on our Facebook page and on Linda’s blog.

Linda in Lesotho 2:2015

Speaking of Linda, lucky for us, she was able to visit Lesotho again, and has just returned from six weeks of both joy and heartache with our friends there. Check out her blog Linda in Lesotho for stories and photos of all the latest at St. Camillus.

Finally, we wanted to let you know our Oktoberfest fundraiser was a HUGE success! We had over 200 people in attendance, and received many invaluable and generous donations. We are so grateful to all who came and made contributions, as well as to all of our volunteers and donors.

Stay tuned for details on our next fundraiser…and to all of you who have donated and supported us over the years, thank you again for helping us reach our goal of completing the St. Camillus Center!
